Got the kids and myself a cheapie “One Question a Day” journal and it’s working for me! Keeps me from giving up on journaling bc it’s onerous and I miss days then feel bogged down. Hoping it will be a fun time capsule of change for my teens and help me build to a more substantial practice.
I know we’ll have plenty to talk about after Nats, but can we also discuss Tara and Johnny on Traitors starting Thursday??

I just devoured this and the NYT Ilia article back to back, reading most of it to my husband. As I finished, he asked, “Isn’t Ilia just a Russian-American skating Timmy Chalomet?” And damn, my mind, it is blown.
I am off to stockpile Diet Coke to stay awake here in the UK to watch this all in real time and devour your Insta thoughts. It’s the Super Bowl before the…other Super Bowl!
